Learned counsel for petitioner draws the attention of this Court to Annexure-Q, which is an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1827/2025 dated 11.02.2025 wherein the impugned order at Annexure-N dated 04.11.2021 has been quashed and set aside. Despite this Court quashing and setting - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34758 WP No. 26633 of 2025 aside the impugned order at Annexure-N, the Tahsildar seeks to proceed on the basis of the impugned order at Annexure-N while stating that the said writ petition was not filed by the petitioner herein and the order is restricted only to the petitioner in the said petition. On perusing the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.1827/2025, it is clear that the impugned order has been set aside at the hands of this Court without restricting the same to the petitioner therein. When that is the position, respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Mulbagal Taluk, cannot proceed against the petitioner on the basis of the impugned order at Annexure-N, which is already quashed and set aside. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Mulabagal Taluk, to take note of the directions issued by this Court and act accordingly. 4. The Tahsildar is directed to restore the petitioner’s name in the RTC, as was directed by this Court in W.P.No. 1827/2025.
