This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the at nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to not construct the chak marg over Arazi No.189/1.4770 hectare situate Village: Belwar, Tahsil: Hata, District: Kushinagar of which petitioners are recorded tenure holder." Petitioners claim that they had instituted a case under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in which an interim order is operating but the Pradhan of the village is interfering in the matter. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as the matter is engaging attention. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the disobedience of interim order, they have remedy of filing contempt application. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
