The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: - "a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities specially Station House Officer, Dhumanganj, Prayagraj (Respondent no. 5) to remove the illegal hut of the respondent no. 6 put in plot of petitioner over Arazi No. 563 situated at Harwara, Pargana and Tehsil Sadar, District Prayagraj and entrust the vacant possession of the same to the petitioner as early as possible." 2. The petitioner alleges that respondents no. 2 has illegally encroached over his property by putting a hut over it. 3. The issue requires an enquiry into the respective rights of the parties to an immovable property, which we decline to undertake in exercise of writ jurisdiction. 4.
