This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application for quashing the entire proceedings in S.T. No. 288 of 2010 as well as Charegesheet No. 352 of 2009 dated 08.12.2009 and cognizance order dated 25.01.2010 under Section 307/34 I.P.C. as well as N.B.W. and proceeding of Section 82 Cr.P.C. dated 27.05.2025 in between (State of U.P. Vs. Vijay Kumar & Others) arising out of in Case Crime No. 770 of 2009, Police Station- Sigra, District- Varanasi, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act, Varanasi and kindly to grant permission to the applicant move his bail application before the concern court". 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and applicant would appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the bail application of applicants expeditiously and till then, protection may be granted to him. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant surrenders before the trial court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
