The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 206 of 2024 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 178/2024 (G.R. No.386 of 2024), for the offences registered under Sections 323, 325, 341, 302, 379, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Saraikella - Kharsawan. On 09.06.2024, at about 12:00 noon, petitioner along with co- accused are alleged to have inflicted several knife blows of son of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that charge has framed in this case. It was further submitted that the deceased had come to kidnap the sister of the petitioner, due to which the occurrence has taken place. Considering the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
