Petitioners are not able to dispute about their source of recruitment, which is through an outsourcing agency. Therefore, as this Court held in Mohit and others vs. Regional Manager Rajya Bhandaran Nigam, Lucknow and another, 2025:AHC:64872 that once there is no relationship of employer and employee between petitioners and Respondent-2, even the writ petition is not maintainable. 3.
