This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to allow this revision and set a side the order dated 24.01.2023 passed by the learned family court and application filed by the non-applicants be dismissed, in the interest of justice.” 3. From perusal of the record, it transpires that instance criminal revision has been filed with delay of 277 days and till date delay has also not yet been condoned, it appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated. 5.
