This writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 02.06.2015 to re-engage the services as Inclusive Education Resource Teachers on contract basis for the academic year 2015-16. 2 3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 also submits that, since the petitioner belongs to the Telangana State, she could not be considered for the academic year 2015-16 by virtue of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 02.06.2015. Anyhow, as the scope of the writ petition is for the academic year 2015-16 which expired long back, nothing survives in this matter. 4. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
