P.C.:- 1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Mr.Patil, P.S.I. attached to Rajgad Police Station, District- Pune submitted that, in pursuance of the complaint lodged by the Petitioner, a crime bearing No.428 of 2025 is registered with Rajgad Police Station, District- Pune under sections 140(3), 119(1), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 115(2), 351(2) and 351(3) of the Indian Penal Code and the investigation of the said crime is in progress. 2) In view thereof, the prayers made in the Petition are worked out and nothing further survives in the Petition at this stage. 3) Petition is accordingly partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. 4) It is needless to mention that during the investigation, in the 1/2 SANJAY KASHINATH NANOSKAR Digitally signed by SANJAY KASHINATH NANOSKAR Date: 2025.12.18 12:03:21 +0530
