Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the applicant is a computer operator and no amount has been transferred in his account. Learned counsel further that the co-accused persons namely, Vikendra Kumar and Shailendra Kushwaha in whose bank account Rs. 6,30,000/- and Rs. 52,68,544/- has been transferred have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 19.02.2024 and 25.01.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.55504 of 2023 and 55158 of 2023 respectively, copy of which orders are annexed as Annexure-SA8 to the supplementary affidavit. It is thus contended that the case of the applicant stands on better footing and therefore the applicant is entitled for bail. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused have also been mentioned. He next submits that applicant is languishing in jail since 13.09.2023. 3. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail application and submits that in case the applicant is released on bail he will misuse the liberty of bail, however, could not dispute the submissions of learned counsel for the appellant with regard to parity. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, the nature of allegations, the gravity of offence and without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court finds it to be a fit case for bail. Accordingly, the bail application stands allowed. 5.
