In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 25.12.2024 (Annexure P-10), within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.” 2. Learned counsel for respondents No.3 and 4 has filed compliance report by way of affidavit of Sh. Avtar Chand, Executive Officer, MC Banur, District SAS Nagar, Punjab, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the compliance report, a speaking order dated 01.07.2025 (Annexure A-1) has been passed. 3. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, shall, if so advised, avail all such remedies as shall be admissible in law against the order dated 01.07.2025. 4.
