Admittedly, the petitioner is hot having any subsisting right in respect of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition as the lease said to have been granted in her favour by respondents has come to an end. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that action has been initiated against the petitioner only in accordance with law and she will be dispossessed only after following the due process. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she intends to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to approach the trial Court. 4.
