Mr. I.P. Kohli, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction, which was dismissed by learned trial court vide judgment dated 31.05.2025. Petitioner has preferred first appeal under Section 96 of CPC, which was filed on 09.06.2025 along with an application under Rule 13 of General Rules (Civil) with a request to court concerned to entertain his appeal during summer vacation. The said application has been rejected vide order dated 09.06.2025. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 3. Since, the summer vacation would come to an end on 30.06.2025, therefore, without interfering with the impugned order, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the appellate court to entertain the interim relief application along with the appeal, on the opening day.
