Showing compliance of the order passed by this Court, Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, the learned counsel has placed the order dated 29.12.2021 passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has been promoted from the post of Assistant Teacher of Namati High School under Nalbari district to the post of Headmaster of the same school. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the order dated 29.12.2021 passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Kahilipara, Guwahati-19, the contempt petition stands closed.
