Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners either personally or through any advocate. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case. 3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
