By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicants are that a direction be issued to the learned court of Principal Judge Family Court Ghazipur to decide the Criminal Case No. 263 of 2018 (Sabita Versus Tej Bahadur Yadav), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station- Khanpur, District- Ghazipur, pending in the Court of Principal Judge Family Court Ghazipur, within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is wife of the respondent no.2. The applicant has filed a case for maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the court below concerned, which is pending since 2018. He further submits that the applicant is living in her Mayka (parental house) and she has no source of income. He submits that the respondent no.2 is deliberately not appearing before the court below. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
