Since the petitioner is an ordinary resident of Chennai, the learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that the respondent has no serious objection for acceding to the request for transfer. 4. In the light of the fair concession shown by the learned counsel for the respondent, this transfer petition is ordered with the following directions. (i) The proceedings in HMOP No.111 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Tirupattur and transferred the same to the file of Principal Family Court, Chennai. (ii) The Principal Family Court, Chennai, at its discretion shall take up HMOP No.111 of 2025 or assign it to any of the Additional Family Courts, subject to the pendency of cases and work load of respective Family Courts at Chennai. 5. The Sub Court, Tirupattur is directed to send the entire records relating to HMOP No.111 of 2025 to the file of Principal Family Court, Chennai forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs.
