Heard learned Standing Counsel appearing for State respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents/ authorities to decide the representation dated 13.11.2024 moved by petitioner and to pay the arrears of mandey to the petitioner from May 2023 to till date with interest within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of the petitioner is directed to be considered and disposed of by respondent within a stipulated period of time. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner dated 13.11.2024 within a period of three month from production of certified copy of this order. 5. Needless to add that the order to be passed shall be reasoned and speaking one.
