Accordingly, he has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent nos. 2 and 3 to forthwith carry out correction in the Aadhar Card. 2. Notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 has been accepted by the office of Additional Solicitor General of India but no one is present on behalf of the said respondents. 3. The petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned respondent to take decision on the online application submitted by the petitioner for correction of his name within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order. .
