Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the mutual settlement/compromise arrived at between the parties, FIR in question has already been quashed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 01.04.2026, passed in CRM-M- 65215-2025. Copy of the said order is produced by counsel for the petitioner before this Court, and the same is ordered to be taken on record. 3. In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous.
