Case No.55 of 2017, Corresponding to Spt. G.R. No. 1114 of 2017, registered under sections 302/201/ 34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla. On 29.11.2017, dead body of an unknown person was found in a well at Birsa Danga situated in Chotkatoli. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the statement of witnesses Anmol Topno, who has stated that the petitioner along with the co-accused persons had requested him to help them dispose of the dead body of the deceased. It was further submitted that Ruben Topno whose name had come in the statement of Anmol Topno has been granted bail by coordinate bench of this Court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla in connection with S.T.
