Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no. 2 & 3 to expedite the fair and transparent investigation in pursuance of First Information Report dated 10.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0395 of 2024, Under Section 108, 115(2), 352 & 119(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Noorpur, District Bijnor, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." There is nothing on record to show that the concerned Investigating Officer is not acting impartially and is not conducting a fair investigation. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of observing that in case, the petitioner has any grievance against the manner of investigation, she may file an application before the Superintendent of Police, Bijnor who is expected to ensure that investigation is done in accordance with law and as prescribed under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
