The original claimant who is the respondent herein has filed an execution application before the Reference Court bearing Darkhast No. 12 of 2018. Hence, in turn, the original claimant desires to withdraw the Darkhast application. 2) Liberty as prayed by Mr.Matkar, learned advocate on behalf of his client (original claimant) is granted.
