This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 319 of 2024, under Sections 309(6), 61(2), 317(2) B.N.S. Police Station-Jalalpur, District-Jaunpur. A further prayer has been made to command the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
