Since said application has not been considered so far, petitioners have filed this writ petition, seeking direction to Court concerned to decide the application. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Suit was filed in 2013 and is numbered as Original Suit No. 411 of 2013, which is pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun. 4. Having regard to the fact and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to consider and decide the temporary injunction application filed by petitioner within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, provided the defendant has filed his objection to the application.
