Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue an order or direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Agra to decide the Original Suit no.661 of 2014 (Ashok Kumar Vs. Satish and others) within stipulated period." 3. From the perusal of order annexed at page no. 12 of the writ petition, it is apparent that earlier also a petition being Matters under Article 227 No. 9357 of 2023 (Ashok Kumar v. Satish and 2 others) was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 19.09.2023. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
