The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 452 of 2025, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station Izzatnagar, District Bareilly. 3. Sri V.P. Tripathi, learned A.G.A., submits that after investigation charge-sheet has been submitted against the applicant, cognizance has been taken on 19.07.2025 and the applicant has been summoned. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Ratnendo Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mithyanjay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicant to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 5. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No (s) 5191 of 2021 decided on 07.10.2021.
