Order directing regularization of services of Pharmacists appointed under G.O.Ms.No.335 dated 12.11.2015 is sought to be challenged by rank outsiders, who claim that their chances of being selected in the event of a regular selection taking place. 2. A perusal of the order that is sought to be challenged shows that the very Government Order viz., G.O.Ms.No.335, Health and Family Welfare (C1) Department, dated 12.11.2015 provides that the services of those Pharmacists who are appointed under the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) would be regularized after completion of 2 years of service. The petitioners cannot claim a right to be selected. The petitioners are not in any kind of service as of today. The petitioners are rank outsiders who are qualified for appointment as Pharmacists.
