ORDER 07.03.2025 In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has complained non-compliance of order dated 19.03.2014 passed in terms whereof, writ petition being OWP No. 1623/2012 came to be disposed of, directing the respondents to frame a committee in terms of Government Order dated 25 of January 2002 for scrutiny of the pending liability of the petitioner on the basis of record and consider the claim of the petitioner for release of outstanding amount due to him on account of execution works undertaken by him within a period of one month. The respondents have filed multiple responses to the contempt petition and latest on 25.02.2025,wherein it is being inter alia stated that the claim of the petitioner came to be considered and rejected earlier in terms of consideration order dated 13.04.2023. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents/ contemnors, seemingly, the respondents have complied with the order dated 19.03.2014, as a consequence whereof, the contempt notice issued to the respondents/contemnors is recalled and proceedings closed, however, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out remedy against the consideration order in accordance with law.
