By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to register the FIR and to proceed with the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the grievance of the Petitioner though has been brought before the IIC, Model P.S., Khurda on 07.11.2025, no action was initiated thereto whereupon the matter was brought to the notice of the Superintendent of Police, Khurda on 10.11.2025 but of no avail. 4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the facts and circumstances, while this Court is not inclined to pass any direction, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate by way of a complaint for redressal, if any. 5.
