Present writ petition is an abuse of process of this Court. The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition by suppressing the material facts that earlier two writ petitions have been filed on the same subject matter and one of the writ petitions is pending before this Court. Furthermore, we do not see any reason to entertain this petition when the prayer made in the present writ petition could have been agitated by the petitioner in the pending writ petition. 3.
