The revision filed by the petitioner before the State Government challenging the order of the respondent-Authority cancelling the lease and the allotment was allowed by the State Government vide order dated 25.07.2024. He submits that the respondent-Authority be directed to comply with the order of the State Government dated 25.07.2024. 2. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent- Development Authority submits that needful would be done within three weeks. 3. Considering the fact that the revision of the petitioner has been allowed and the petitioner has been seeking a compliance of the order dated 25.07.2024, in such view of the fact, the writ petition stands disposed off with the direction to the respondent-authority to ensure compliance of the State Government Order dated 25.07.2024 within three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order, if there is no other legal impediment. 4. It is further provided that if there is any legal impediment in complying with the State Government Order dated 25.07.2024, the liberty is granted to respondent to file recall application to recall the present order.
