Accordingly, we dispose of the present appeal with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a amount of Rs.25,25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lac Twenty Five Thousand Only), in the name of the appellant Adalat of the High Court within a period of 04 weeks from today, in compliance of this order, failing which, interest @ 7% per annum shall follow on the above-said amount till payment from the date of this order.
