This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of M.C.No.318/2024 from the Family Court at Belagavi to the competent Family Court at Haveri. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and also as stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent by referring to the order dated 21.12.2024 in Crl.Misc.No.163/2023 before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Haveri, I have given my anxious consideration with regard to the arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Taking into consideration the fact that the distance between Haveri and Belagavi is more than 175 kms, it would be difficult for the petitioner herein to attend the regular hearings at Belagavi in M.C.No.318/2024. Therefore, I find force in the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:58 CP No. 100223 of 2024 4.
