Nanda, Advocate For the State : Mr. Vijoy Kumar Sinha, A.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 20.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 423 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 309(4) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gumla. On 12.12.2024 at about 06:30 p.m, robbery was committed in the house of the informant. The miscreants looted away jewelries and other articles. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and on search, one silver Payal and Bichia were recovered from his possession. Attention has been drawn towards a purchase slip issued by one Balaji Jewelers. From perusal of which, it appears that petitioner had purchased a payal for his wife on 06.10.2023. It was submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has not been put on T.I. Parade. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gumla, in connection with Gumla P.S.
