The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, Sub Divisional officer (Judicial) Nizamabad, District Azamgarh to decide the Recall/Restoration Application filed in Case No.2112 of 2022 (Computer Case No.T202215060202112 (Abu Talha Versus Chak Marg) under section 24 of 4 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, relating to Gata no.152 measuring 0.6930 Hectare situated in Village Mudiyar, Pargana and Tehsil Nijamabad, District Azamgarh within specific period as fix by this Hon'ble Court;" 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned recall/restoration Application in Case No.2112 of 2022 (Computer Case No.T202215060202112 (Abu Talha Versus Chak Marg) is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Sub Divisional officer (Judicial) Nizamabad, District Azamgarh to consider and decide the aforementioned recall application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
