Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 240 of 2024 arising out of Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 498A, 302 of the I.P.C. charge has been framed under Section 304-B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Hazaribagh.
3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Radhika Kumari who was murdered in her matrimonial home.
4. From perusal of the post-mortem report, it appears that there was abrasion mark in the neck of the deceased and doctor has pointed out that she might have been throttled or strangulated to death. It also appears that the accused persons used to torture the deceased to enforce the demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the charge has been framed in this case, but the prosecution has not examined any witness.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
