Vasanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri. P. Thejesh, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents No.1 to 3. 2. This writ petition (Habeas Corpus) is filed by the father, complaining that his daughter, who is a minor, is missing from his residence from 29.11.2025. The petitioner makes certain assertion with regard to the person. 3. After issuance of notice, the respondent-State has entered appearance. 4. Smt. Sabana Yassem, Woman PSI, along with Smt. Bhagya, WHC 277, are present along with the alleged detenue before us in chambers. 5. We had a detailed discussion with the detenue. The petitioner and the mother of the detenue are also present. They state that they would take the detenue and ensure that they would provide good education to the detenue. 7. Recording the said statement and now that the detenue is produced before us and she wanted to go with her parents, we do not propose to pass any further orders in the matter. 8.
