Bhatta, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. By an order dated 29.03.2023, the appellant was directed to deposit the 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. Page No.# 2/2 3. In compliance, the appellant has deposited the said amount. By this application, the applicant/claimant seeks direction to the Registry for release of the 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the applicant/insurance company. 4. The prayer so made has not been objected to by the learned counsel for the respondent. 5. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. 6. The Registry is directed to release the 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the appellant, to the applicant/claimant on furnishing indemnity bond and on due identification and proper verification. 7.
