P SUBASH The Court made the following: ORDER The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of order dated 04.02.2022 in W.P.No.2708 of 2022. 2. The petitioner filed the above said writ petition to declare the inaction of 4th respondent in conducting survey in pursuance of Online F- Line Application No.FS012101691505 dated 15.09.2021 in respect of Ac.1.00 cents in S.No.33-2 in Bejathapuram Revenue village, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of on 04.02.2022 directing the respondents 4 and 5 to conduct survey 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the authorities failed to conduct survey. 5. A reply affidavit was filed by the 1st respondent. Along with the reply affidavit, the survey report was annexed. As per the survey report, the Mandal Surveyor found the petitioner’s possession over an extent of Ac.1.00 cents of land, out of total extent of Ac.2.55 cents in S.No.33-2. According to the report, the survey was conducted on 13.05.2022 at 11.00 a.m. A sketch is also filed along with survey report. 6. In view of the same, the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that order dated 04.02.2022 in W.P.No.2708 of 2022 is not complied with, is misconceived. 7.
