2. The Petitioner-in-person submits that in view of the subsequent developments especially the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1096 of 2024 wherein a statement was made on behalf of the prosecution that the investigating agency would seek the closure of the proceedings against co-accused under Section 258 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and, thereupon, the learned Magistrate has been requested to decide the said application expeditiously, the petition may be rendered infructuous.

6. In view of the dismissal of the Petition, the Interim Application also stands disposed.
