Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad vide which the petitioners was ordered to be convicted and sentenced to 1 year of SI under section 419/120-B IPC, 2 years of SI under Section 420/120-B IPC and fine of Rs.200/-2 years of SI under Section 468/120-B IPC and fine of Rs.200/-2 years of SI under Section 471/120-B IPC and fine of Rs.200/-. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for compounding of offences.
