Neha Kumari (corpus), aged about 29 years is present before this Court. The custody of the petitioner No. 1 Smt. Neha Kumari (corpus) has been sought by her husband Mr. Alok as well as petitioner No. 2 Ram Naresh Singh (father of corpus). It has been informed that the corpus is a married lady and has two children, aged about 12 years and 2 and half year. Despite several efforts, petitioner No. 1 Smt. Neha Kumari (corpus) has refused to go along with her husband Mr. Alok as well as petitioner No. 2 Ram Naresh Singh (father of corpus). As the petitioner No. 1 Smt. Neha Kumari (corpus) is major and she is free to go according to her own wish. The petition is devoid of merits and is, accordingly, dismissed.
