During the course of arguments, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR has been lodged against the father of the petitioner 2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner that some part of the order was dictated by me in open Court but at the time of finalizing the judgment it appears from the perusal of the paragraph no.6 that the FIR has been lodged against the petitioner. 3. Paragraph no.6 is quoted as under:- "6. That it is relevant to mention here that a forged and fabricated F.I.R. was filed against the petitioner on 05.01.1997 regarding the misuse and black marketing committed by the petitioner from the fair price shop allotted to him in GRam Sabha Badhaini Khurd Vikash Khand Araji Line Tehsil Raja talab District Varanasi." 4.
