This MCC has been filed for consideration of request letter (PUD) dated 16.1.2025 received from Principal District and Session Judge, Dhamtari for extension of time to decide Criminal Case No.11/2024(Cholamandalam investment & Finance Co. Ltd. vs. Rajkumari Patel & Others). 3. Perusal of paper under disposal shows that this Court has passed order in WP227 No.549/2024 on 09.07.2024 whereas in the Letter of Request sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhamtari in place of WP227 No.549/2024, CRMP No.549 of 2024 has been mentioned and the same was received by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhamtari on 27.09.2024 with some delay. 4. In the circumstances, Registrar (Judicial) is directed to look into the fact about non-receipt of the orders in a prompt manner by the trial Court and shall take suitable steps in order to avoid such situation. 5. Considering the reasons mentioned in the PUD, this Court deems it appropriate to grant further time of 30 days to decide pending application in Criminal Case No.11/2024 from the date of communication of this order.
