The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent-authorities to revise the pay/pension of the petitioners at par from the date the pay scale of feeder post (Naib Tehsildar) has been revised.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 16.06.2025 (Annexure P-6) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. Mr. R.D. Sharma, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and prays for some time to complete instructions and file response, if necessary. He, however, does not have any objection to the above request.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, by directing respondent No.3 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 16.06.2025 (Annexure P-6) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four months of the receipt of certified copy of this order.
