The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Budmu P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 308(4), 324 (5) & 327(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the court of Miss Paridhi Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi. On 07.08.2024, 7 to 8 masked persons set ablaze a Turbo, Hywa and JCB Machine in village Chhapar beside bank of Debnadh river. The occurrence had taken place to enforce the demand of rangdari. Attention has been drawn towards the impugned order, from which, it appears that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on record and his bail application was rejected only on the ground that the investigation was still pending. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Paridhi Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ranchi, or her successor, in connection with Budmu P.S.
