At the very outset, Mr. Abhinav Dubey, learned counsel for the Applicant, submits that the trial has commenced, four witnesses are already examined and the prosecution intends to examine only four witnesses. In these circumstances, Mr. Abhinav Dubey, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. 4th December 2025

2. Permission to withdraw is granted.
3. The Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial since the trial is commenced and there are only four witnesses remaining to be examined and preferably conclude within a period of six months from the date on which this order is place before it.
