The petitioner, before this Court, is challenging a remand order passed in appeal under Section 67(5) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Petitioner claims that proceeding for eviction was initiated which after objection was dropped. On appeal filed by State, the matter has been remanded back. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the material on record, I find that the order under challenge is only a remand order. The proceeding has to be carried out by authorities concerned. The petitioner is directed to appear before the authority and contest the matter. The revenue authorities shall conclude the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously, preferably,within a period of two months, from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
