In terms of representation at Annexure-D, the petitioners have sought for change of katha and effect their names in the revenue records. It is submitted that phodi and durasti proceedings are concluded in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.27585/2025 and what remains is effecting of katha in their names. 3. Annexure-D bears acknowledgement on the representation given for effecting the katha. The same may be considered and appropriate orders be passed within a period of two months. 4.
